1Acceptance & Legal Capacity
By accessing and using the platform of Indrani Jewelers, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. Minors must use this service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct
- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Prohibited Conduct: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering/extraction tools. Reverse engineering, security probing, and fraudulent purchasing attempts are strictly forbidden.
- Termination: We reserve the right to permanently terminate or temporarily suspend your account without prior notice if we detect violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse of the reward system.
3Products, Variations & Certifications
We take pride in the authenticity and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
- Visual & Weight Variations: Jewelry is handcrafted. Actual product weight, metal color, and stone appearance may vary slightly from the photographs due to lighting, screen calibrations, and the natural properties of the materials.
- Certifications: Applicable gold products are BIS Hallmarked, and relevant diamond/gemstone items are accompanied by laboratory certification, confirming their purity and authenticity.
4Pricing & Payments
- Pricing Errors: In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. A full refund will be initiated immediately.
- Secure Payments: Payments are processed via secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store any sensitive credit/debit card data.
5Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Due to the high-value nature of our products, our return and fulfillment policies are strictly enforced:
- Shipping Liability: We rely on premium logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates. You are responsible for providing an accurate, secure delivery address.
- Custom Orders: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged on Arrival: Claims for transit damage or missing items must be supported by an uninterrupted, clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed courier package is opened.
- Standard Returns: Eligible standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the security tag remains intact, the item is unworn, and all original certificates/packaging are included.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality check is complete.
6Reward Points & Loyalty
- No Cash Equivalent: Reward points hold zero cash value and cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency.
- Account Specific: Points are non-transferable. If an order is returned or refunded, points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your balance.
7Trademarks & Intellectual Property
The "Indrani Jewelers" name, logos, jewelry designs, 3D models, graphics, and software code are the intellectual property and registered trademarks of Indrani Jewelers.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indrani Jewelers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, governmental acts, or severe internet/payment gateway outages.
9Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an informal, good-faith resolution prior to formal litigation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
