To ensure absolute clarity, design protection, and quality standards for our commissioned pieces, we adhere to the following luxury guidelines:
Design Ownership & Theft Protection
Sketches and CAD draft renders are presented exclusively inside your secure client portal in watermarked formats. Rhino, Matrix, or physical STL source files are never shared.
Complementary Revision Limit
Your design deposit includes up to 3 complimentary revisions. Subsequent design changes before production lock are chargeable to cover artisan drafting labor.
Quotation Validity
Due to precious metal and diamond market rate shifts, all quoted budgets are strictly valid for 7 days. Production lock initiates only after the deposit is captured.
Production Lock & Final Dispatch
Once production starts, materials and sizing locks are active. Insured secure courier dispatch or boutique pickup will initiate strictly after final 50% milestone capture.
