1Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

  • Before Dispatch: Standard (non-customized) orders can be canceled for a full refund prior to shipping.
  • After Dispatch: Once handed over to our courier partners, an order cannot be canceled. You must receive the package and initiate a return request.
  • Custom Orders: Made-to-measure, engraved, or customized orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

2Return Eligibility & Exclusions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, unscratched, and in pristine condition. The tamper-proof security tag must remain intact and attached.
  • Authentication: All returned items undergo rigorous authenticity and tamper inspections. We reserve the right to completely reject returns that fail these inspections or show signs of product swapping.
  • Misuse Exclusions: Refunds are strictly denied for damages caused by wear-and-tear, mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
Note: Custom-designed rings, engraved items, international orders, and solid gold/silver bullion coins are strictly non-returnable.

3Unboxing Video Guidelines

For your protection, an unboxing video is strongly required for transit damage or missing item claims, and may be strictly necessary for claim validation.

  • The video must be recorded continuously without any cuts or pauses.
  • Start by showing the sealed package from all sides, clearly displaying the shipping label.
  • Any damage or missing items must be clearly visible in the camera while opening the box.

4Return Logistics & Exchanges

  • Shipping Responsibility: If the item is defective or incorrect, Indrani Jewelers will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. For voluntary returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing a trackable, insured shipping method.
  • Lost Returns: If you are shipping the item back yourself, you bear the risk of loss during transit. We highly recommend using an insured logistics partner.
  • Exchanges: We offer a one-time size exchange for applicable rings and bracelets within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and round-trip shipping fees.

5Refund Process & Timelines

  • Quality Check (QC): Takes 2-3 business days after the package arrives (timelines may vary slightly during peak festive periods).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and applicable customs duties are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final payout.
  • Refund Mode: Approved refunds are routed to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer a direct Bank Transfer or Store Wallet credit.
  • Bank Processing: Allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
