1Processing & Discreet Packaging
All orders undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
- In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Made-to-Order: Require 10 to 14 business days for manufacturing and hallmarking.
- Discreet Packaging: For your security, all luxury items are shipped in tamper-resistant, highly discreet outer packaging. There is no external branding that indicates the high value of the contents inside.
2Rates & Delivery Disclaimers
We partner with top-tier logistics providers (e.g., BlueDart, Sequel Logistics) for secure transit.
- Standard Secure: 3 to 5 Business Days (Free on orders above ₹5,000).
- Express Premium: 1 to 2 Business Days (Calculated at checkout).
Disclaimer: All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier logistics, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
3Tracking & Liability Transfer
- Full Insurance: Every package is 100% insured by Indrani Jewelers during transit.
- Liability Transfer: Responsibility and risk of loss transfer entirely to you upon successful, courier-confirmed delivery to the provided shipping address. If someone else (e.g., a building receptionist or family member) signs for the package at your provided address, the delivery is considered complete.
- OTP Verification: High-value orders require an OTP or government-issued ID proof before the package is handed over.
4Addresses & Failed Attempts
- PO Boxes: We strictly do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to signature and security requirements.
- Customer Liability: Customers bear full liability for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- Failed Attempts & RTO: Our couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If uncollected, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO). Re-shipping an RTO package will incur additional shipping and security charges.
5Local Boutique Pickup
- Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Surat boutique.
- Holding Window: Your order will be securely held for 7 business days after you receive the 'Ready for Pickup' email. If uncollected after 7 days, the order may be canceled and restocked, subject to a cancellation fee.
6International Shipping & Customs
- Duties & Taxes: International shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local levies.
- Import Legality: It is the customer's strict responsibility to ensure that the importation of precious metals and gemstones complies with their local and national laws. We are not liable for customs seizures due to prohibited items in your country.
7Insurance Claims & Support
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 5 days past the estimate, contact us immediately. Indrani Jewelers will file and manage the insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf.
- Damaged Package: Do not accept deliveries if the outer tamper-proof packaging is breached. Review our Refund Policy for mandatory unboxing video rules.
